Responsibilities:

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates educational competence and critical thinking needs of staff.
• Teaches learning programs with minimal supervision.
• Utilizes adult learning principles and select methodology specific to content delivery and target audience.
• Works collaboratively with team members.
• Analyzes training results and provide recommendations for improved outcomes. 
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience/training
