Performs Other Duties As Assigned Or Directed To Ensure Smooth Operation Of The Department/Unit. **Qualifications** EDUCATION Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required. BSN required or ADN accepted with proof of matriculation into a BSN program upon hire. EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 Years Clinical Experience Required. One Year Of Charge Nurse Or Equivalent Experience Preferred. LICENSURE Current Ct Rn Licensure. BLS, ACLS and PALS Required. Certification in specialty area required within one year of hire date.
