**Work Schedule:**

100% FTE, Mon - Fri day shift, 7:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at both the Janesville Clinic (Family Medicine) and Stoughton Clinic (General Internal Medicine and Pediatrics).

We are seeking a **Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor** to:

- Assist the RN Clinic Manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.
- Coordinate, assign and guide the work activities of the RN staff.
- Supervise the clinical teams
- Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
- Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team incorporating appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

**Work Experience**

- 2 years of RN experience Required
- 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred

**Licenses & Certifications**

- RN licensed in the state where employed Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
