**Status:** Full-Time and Part-Time
**Shifts:** Combination of 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts
**Hours:** 72/48 hours per pay period (up to 60 hours available)

**Shift Options Include:**

- **Day:** 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- **Mid:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- **Night:** 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- **Late Night:** 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

**Weekends:** Weekend and no‑weekend options available
**Holidays:** Scheduled in accordance with the CBA

**What You’ll Do**

As a **Registered Nurse (RN)**, you will:

- Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.
- Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient’s journey.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current **Michigan RN license**.
- 1 year experience in a Med Surg area preferred.
- **BLS certifications required**.
- Commitment to Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values.

**Continuing Employment Requirements**

- Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. _(Typically acquired during 1–3 months of orientation.)_
- Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
- Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
