Responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, staffing, and supporting the nursing staff. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the delivery of patient care. **Minimum Qualifications** - **Education**: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN required. - **Licensure**: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut. - **Certification**: BLS prior to hire. ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI (within one year of hire). - **Experience**: Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required.
