This fast-paced Med-Surg environment is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety, frequent admissions and discharges, and managing a diverse patient population. With approximately 50% daily patient turnover, nurses develop strong prioritization and clinical skills while caring for patients with varying levels of complexity. _**Magnet designated facility with active shared decision-making councils.
