This **high‑acuity, adaptable care environment** unit manages **telemetry, cardiac drips, high‑flow oxygen, BiPAP**, and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment. 3 Lacks follows a **nurse‑directed, team‑based care model** with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs.
