Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) Coordinator integrates knowledge and skill reflective of the Health Services model of care and principles of adult learning, in the provision of education, research, and quality client centered care for a defined group of clients. The Trans Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) Coordinator will be responsible for the provincial programming of the Saskatchewan TAVI services under the direction of the Cardiac Management/Heart Health team as well as the Provincial Medical Director. This position will work closely with the team to provide patient assessment, management and evaluation of TAVI services within the province and provide liaison services between the two tertiary care cardiac sites within the province (fRQHR and fSHR). In collaboration with their Manager, the TAVI Coordinator is responsible for the overall data management and patient wait list/outcome measurement for the provincial TAVI program.

Experience
- 2 years of full-time cardiology experience required
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Critical Care Nursing certificate (CCN)
Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)

- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
