| The Navigator is responsible for the development, implementation, administration, evaluation, and delivery of the navigation component of the Screening Program for Breast Cancer. In collaboration with other health care providers including program staff, family physicians and community partners, the Navigator acts as a clinical resource, providing support, information and education to promote coordination and continuity of care in matters related to the Screening Program for Breast Cancer. This position reports to the Manager Screening Program for Breast Cancer. |
