#### Job Description

Bring your clinical judgement, compassion and mental health nursing experience to a team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Working alongside psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team, you'll build therapeutic relationships, support recovery and promote patients' wellbeing and independence.

We're seeking Registered Nurses with **recent, hands-on experience in mental health nursing** who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

**You will also need:**

- **Current AHPRA registration** as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum **2 years' post-graduate acute hospital experience**, including at least **12 months' recent experience in mental health nursing**
- Current, valid **working rights in Australia.**
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and communication skills, with a commitment to safe patient care.

**Working at Ramsay**

- Clinical education and professional development through Ramsay's Nursing and Midwifery Academy, including **Transition to Specialty pathways** where available.
- Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities, with preferred hours and roster arrangements open for discussion.
- **Remuneration:** Base hourly rate from $42.52 - $52.80 + super depending on experience and qualifications. Penalty rates and allowances are additional. (VIC RN/Midwife Year 2 – Year 8*).

#### Additional Information

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
