Reporting into the Director of Clinical Services, you will be mentoring and leading a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff so this role will suit an individual driven to help others succeed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be accountable for the clinical, operational and professional leadership of the unit - Ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality patient care and optimal clinical outcomes - Plan, implement and evaluate practices, processes and services in line with Ramsay Health Care standards, legislative requirements and best practice **About You** The successful NUM thrives in a complex and demanding environment and is able to work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues. They strive for continuous improvement, quality and safety initiatives, workforce management and effective resource utilisation to achieve excellence in care delivery.
