Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital is recruiting experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our rehabilitation nursing team from January 2027.
Our 90-bed hospital in Melbourne's eastern suburbs provides specialist inpatient and day rehabilitation, supporting patients recovering from orthopaedic surgery, neurological conditions, illness and injury.
You'll work alongside Registered Nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other allied health professionals, helping patients rebuild their mobility, confidence and independence.
Job Description
About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide hands-on care throughout a patient's rehabilitation journey, including:
- Monitoring patients, administering medications and providing wound care within your scope of practice.
- Supporting mobility, personal care and daily activities while encouraging patients to regain independence.
- Recognising changes in patient condition and contributing to rehabilitation goals, care planning and discharge preparation.
About You
To be considered, you'll need:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Current, valid working rights in Australia.
- Minimum 12 months post-graduate acute hospital experience.
- Recent experience in Rehab is highly regarded.
- Strong patient observation, communication and teamwork skills.

Remuneration: Base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $40.41 + super based on experience level and qualifications. Penalty rates and allowances are additional. (VIC Enrolled Nurse Year 1–Year 8*).
Additional Information
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
