Our purpose-built, 70-bed hospital features four operating theatres and specialist services including orthopaedics, general surgery, ENT, urology and gynaecology, with robotic-assisted hip and knee surgery. Designed with nursing practice in mind, Northern uses digital communication technology that connects patient calls and clinical alerts directly to nursing staff, helping teams respond efficiently while maintaining a quieter environment for patients. #### Job Description **Your Opportunities** We're recruiting Enrolled Nurses with recent experience in: - **Medical & Surgical:** Acute medical, general surgical, orthopaedic and specialist inpatient nursing, including postoperative care. - **Theatre & Perioperative:** Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics, Recovery/PACU and Day Surgery, subject to available positions and relevant experience. You'll provide hands-on nursing care, monitor patients and support their treatment and recovery. Working alongside Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to safe, coordinated care within your scope of practice. **About You** To be considered, you'll need: - **Current AHPRA registration** as an Enrolled Nurse. - Current, valid **working rights in Australia**. - Minimum **12 months post-graduate acute hospital experience**, including recent **experience in the specialty you apply for**. - Medication administration competencies, including IV qualifications. - Strong clinical observation and patient care skills, with a commitment to safe practice, communication and teamwork. **Working at Ramsay** - Continue developing your nursing skills through clinical education and professional development, including Ramsay's **EN-to-RN Transition Program** for eligible Enrolled Nurses. - **Full-time, part-time and casual** opportunities, with preferred hours and roster arrangements open for discussion. - **Remuneration:** Base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $40.41 + super based on experience level and qualifications.
