For nurses living locally or considering a move, Peninsula offers the opportunity to build your career with the Mornington Peninsula's coastal lifestyle close by. #### Job Description **Where You Could Work** We're recruiting Enrolled Nurses with recent experience in: - **Medical & Surgical:** Acute medical, general surgical, orthopaedic and specialist inpatient wards. - **Theatre – Scrub/Scout:** Supporting surgical procedures, preparing the theatre environment and maintaining safe sterile practice. **Your Role** You'll provide hands-on nursing care, monitor patients and support their treatment and recovery. Working within your scope of practice and alongside Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams, you'll contribute to safe, coordinated care and a positive patient experience. **About You** To be considered, you'll need: - Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse. - Current, valid working rights in Australia. - Minimum **12 months post-graduate acute hospital experience**, including recent **experience in the specialty you apply for**. - Passionate about caring for people whilst delivering exceptional patient care. **Working at Ramsay** - Build your nursing skills through clinical education and professional development, including Ramsay's **EN-to-RN Transition Program** for eligible Enrolled Nurses. - **Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities**, with preferred hours and roster arrangements open for discussion. - **Remuneration:** Base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $40.41 + super based on experience level and qualifications.
