Warringal Private Hospital is recruiting experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our team commencing January 2027, in our Medical and Surgical Wards.

**About the hospital:** We are a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne’s north-east, offering contemporary facilities and a comprehensive range of services. Following significant redevelopment, the hospital now features 215 beds, 11 state-of-the-art operating theatres, advanced ICU services, a dedicated cardiovascular procedure centre, endoscopy suites and a comprehensive day oncology service.

#### Job Description

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will utilise your clinical skills to deliver high-quality patient care within your scope of practice, while working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.

**Depending on your ward and specialty, you'll:**

- Assess, plan and coordinate care for acute medical and post-operative patients.
- Administer medications, IV therapies and prescribed treatments.
- Manage wounds, drains, pain and other specialty-specific care needs.
- Monitor patients, recognise deterioration and support recovery and discharge planning.

**To be considered, you'll need:**

- **Current AHPRA registration** as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Current, valid **working rights in Australia**.
- Minimum **12 months post-graduate acute hospital experience**, including recent **experience in the specialty you apply for**.
- Medication administration competencies, including IV qualifications where required for the role.
- Strong clinical observation and patient care skills, with a commitment to safe practice, communication and teamwork.

**Working at Ramsay**

- Continue developing your nursing skills through clinical education and professional development, including Ramsay's **EN-to-RN Transition Program** for eligible Enrolled Nurses.
- **Full-time, part-time and casual** positions, with preferred hours and roster arrangements open for discussion.
- **Remuneration:** Base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $40.41 + super based on experience level and qualifications. Penalty rates and allowances are additional. (VIC Enrolled Nurse Year 1–Year 8*).

#### Additional Information

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
