Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurses, and Shift Leaders, you will manage a fast-paced workload, support rapid patient turnover, and deliver safe, patient-centred care. **About You** You will be a trained nurse with strong customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate: - Relevant qualifications and registrations with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified) - Previous experience working in an acute hospital environment - Recent experience in Surgical or Orthopaedics required, minimum 6 months - Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster is essential - Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills - Work well with a team. **Remuneration** **On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $36.67 - $39.39** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
