This pivotal role involves enhancing clinical practice, supporting professional development, and ensuring competency compliance across the hospital. **About the Role:** As a Clinical Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in patient care. Your responsibilities will include: - Provide clinical direction, support and guidance to nursing students from universities and TAFE. - Assist in the coordination and implementation of the student placement program, including the facilitation and supervision of students whilst on clinical placement and coordination of clinical placements. - Act as a professional resource who plans, and co-ordinates the delivery of education for the nursing students. - Complete all the required student assessments, evaluations and related documentation. - Liaise with universities, TAFE and internal teams as required. - Support the coordination of clinical placements and contribute to the ongoing success of the student placements. - During periods when student placements are not scheduled, the successful candidate will be deployed to clinical areas in accordance with organisational requirements. **About You:** You are a passionate and experienced nursing professional with a strong commitment to education and professional development.
