What you'll be doing

As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you’ll take the lead in assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating care, supporting both the physical and mental health needs of our patients. Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, you’ll build trusting relationships, promote patient choice and dignity, and ensure care is delivered safely and to the highest clinical standards.

You will also:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care, assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans in partnership with patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient wellbeing, responding to changing needs and escalating concerns appropriately.
