Up to £58,000 per annum depending on experience 

37.5 hours per week

As a Ward Manager at our Chichester Hospital, you’re a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You’ve already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you’re organised, highly motivated and engaged. 

As a Ward Manager, you will: 

  • Manage the day to day running of our ward department  
  • Lead a team of highly qualified nurses 
  • Ensure we deliver excellent patient care 
  • Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital 

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is a 30 bedded hospital within walking distance of the city centre with free onsite car parking.  The hospital has two laminar flow operating theatres and two minor treatment rooms in the outpatient department.  There is a small radiology department and CT/ MRI services are provided in a mobile unit.  Inpatient physiotherapy is provided within the hospital whilst our outpatients attend the fitness and wellbeing centre at Chichester gate for their follow up physio and hydrotherapy treatments.  

Our main speciality is orthopaedics. We also care for patients needing treatment within the specialties of gynaecology, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology max fax, and pain. We provide outpatient services for dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and rheumatology.
