In this role, you will: - Manage a caseload of clients, providing recovery-focused care. - Participate in daily team functions including duty roles, crisis management, and multi-agency liaison. - Deliver care both onsite and in clients’ homes. - Apply your knowledge of mental health legislation, policy, and clinical expertise. **About the Service** The Casey Area Mental Health Service is led by a dynamic and supportive leadership team committed to delivering innovative, recovery-oriented care. We serve the growing South East corridor through both inpatient and community-based services. The Cranbourne Community Mental Health Team operates Monday to Sunday, 8:30am–5:00pm, providing comprehensive support to adults with complex mental health needs.
