Minimum Qualifications:


Licensure:

  • LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
  • Must be licensed driver.

Experience: 1 year of experience.

Certifications:

  • BLS Certification required through the American Heart Association.
  • LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire for LPNs in Missouri.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. 
  • Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
