This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys treating acute and urgent care needs in a fast-paced, collaborative outpatient setting while helping expand access to care throughout the Grand Strand community._ _In this role, you will evaluate and treat a variety of acute conditions and minor injuries commonly seen in an express care setting. You'll work alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering convenient, high-quality care to patients during expanded weekend hours._ _**You'll join a welcoming and professional team consisting of:**_ - 4 Advanced Practice Providers plus collaborative oversight with supervising physician - Dedicated clinical and support staff - Position Highlights: - Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM - Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM - No Call Required - 100% Outpatient Practice - This unique weekend-focused schedule is ideal for providers seeking flexibility while maintaining a meaningful clinical role within a respected and growing healthcare organization. _**Clinical Responsibilities**_ Evaluate and manage a wide range of urgent and acute care conditions, including: - Upper respiratory infections - Flu/COVID testing and treatment - Minor injuries - Sprains and strains - Laceration repair - Skin conditions - Urinary tract infections - Minor orthopedic complaints - Average patient volume is approximately 35 patients per day. _**Onboarding Expectations:**_ - Providers receive a thorough onboarding process that includes Epic training, clinic operations education, provider shadowing, and supervised patient care prior to independent practice. _**Ideal Candidate:**_ - We welcome both new graduate and experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or primary care is preferred but not required.
