The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Oversees other assigned team members and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care. **Qualifications** -Current MA RN license required. -Minimum of 2 years nursing experience is required. Job Knowledge and Skills Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict management skills required. Education and Experience -Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. -Bachelor degree in nursing, preferred. -Demonstrated clinical competence and experience as required by the specific job posting. -Completion of a Peri-operative Nursing Program preferred. -2 years OR experience required. -Orthopedic experience preferred.
