We want your experience to be as healing as possible as a result of this high level of care. Our 25-bed unit provides comprehensive care and treatment for patients with a variety of medical conditions, such as pneumonia, stroke, cancer, pulmonary conditions and infections, wound infections and/or digestive system disorders. The Surgical Unit is a 12-bed inpatient unit located on the 3rd floor of the patient tower. The unit is staffed by nurses specially trained in caring for pre- and post-operative surgical patients. The nursing team consists of 100% registered nurses and certified nursing assistants, with expertise in orthopedics, urology, and general surgery. The Surgical Unit provides compassionate care before and after your procedure. Nurses guide patients through the preparation process and provide the attentive care needed for a smooth recovery following surgery.
