This is an innovative unit with an integrated multi-disciplinary team.Clinical leadership is provided by a team of Consultant Nurses across the organisation, supporting the Clinical team of Doctors, ACPs, Therapists, Nurses, Support workers and Health Care Assistants, ensuring individual holistic care for the people we care for as well as support for their carers and families.Ward Leadership is provided by the Senior Sister who has a strong belief in Compassionate Leadership.
