**About the Role**

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated **Enrolled Nurses (ENs)** to join our **Caulfield** residential aged care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their health, wellbeing, and dignity in a safe and welcoming environment.

Working within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare, and, under the direction of the **Clinical Care Manager**, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored and individualised care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

**About You**

- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- Current registration as an **Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA**
- Medicines administration education (essential)
- Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting (desirable)
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
