Degree must be acquired within 24 mths, from an accredited nursing program, of hire. - Certification/License: - IL RN License - CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association - Experience: - Team building, leadership acumen, critical thinking and effective communication. - Must demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty.
