As a Registered Nurse, you’ll use strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and hands-on skills to assess, coordinate, and deliver patient care in a dynamic emergency setting. You’ll supervise care delivery, collaborate with providers, and ensure patients and families receive clear education and support throughout their visit.
This is a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where no two days are the same, and your ability to think quickly and act confidently directly impacts patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to emergency and urgent care patients
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs in a fast-paced setting
- Coordinate and supervise patient care delivery across the team
- Support physicians and providers during evaluations and treatments
- Educate patients and families on care plans, conditions, and discharge instructions
- Apply strong clinical judgment in both low- and high-acuity situations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or compact state
- Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department (ED) experience
Lynch Road Campus, Full-Time, 36 hours/week, 7am-7pm, 5 out of 6 weekends. Weekend Op days.
