This team member will be triaging for our primary care clinics and also supporting women's health. **About Outpatient Clinics** Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. **Scope of work** A Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality remote patient care using technology, such as electronic health records, phone and video calls. This role involves working collaboratively with an interprofessional team to deliver comprehensive care using remote technology, including patient assessments, interventions, education and follow up.
