We care for patients at a pivotal point in their journey, often seeing them arrive feeling their worst and helping them regain strength, confidence, and independence before returning home. The pace on 4B is dynamic, with frequent admissions, discharges, and patient progression. This high-volume environment offers caregivers the opportunity to develop strong assessment skills, sharpen clinical judgment, and build confidence in managing a wide variety of patient needs.
