They are committed to delivering outstanding clinical care. **What You’ll Do** - Provide expert, compassionate nursing care to patients receiving surgical oncology services in an outpatient clinic setting. - Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, identify changes in patient condition, and coordinate appropriate clinical interventions. - Support physicians and the interdisciplinary care team during clinic visits, examinations, and procedures. - Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, symptom management, medications, and supportive care resources. - Promote continuity of care through effective communication, care coordination, and patient advocacy. - Recognize clinical concerns and escalate appropriately to support patient safety and optimal outcomes. - Serve as a clinical resource and role model by sharing expertise and supporting the development of colleagues. - Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and the ongoing advancement of oncology nursing practice. **What Makes You Successful** - Demonstrated oncology nursing experience and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. - Excellent clinical judgment, assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex patient needs. - A passion for patient education, advocacy, and compassionate communication. - Confidence working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams. - A commitment to professional excellence, evidence-based practice, and continuous learning. **This position is eligible for an Employee Referral Bonus. Certification must remain valid for at least 60 days after the hire date. - Specialty certification, i.e., Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), required within one year of hire.
