Rather than chronic care, the Baylor Scott & White Continuing Care Hospital provides acute care, which involves active but short-term treatment following a severe medical condition or during recovery from surgery. This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses. ##### Essential Functions of the Role - You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices. - You will check nursing procedures.
