Provides general and preventative care for children and adults, perform check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication. **Principal Accountabilities:** 1. Provides new patient consultation and reviews health history. 2. Performs physical examinations and screening on the patients. 3. Provides after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families. 4. Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, condition changes. 5. Delivers quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics. 6. Performs other related duties as assigned. #### Qualifications Required: 1. Master's degree in Nursing or related area. 2. Current state Nurse Practitioner license.
