#### Your future role at a glance

**Location:** Racine & Greater Milwaukee
**Facility Name:** All Saints, Franklin, Elmbrook, St. Joe's, St. Francis, N. 117th, Tosa (float to multiple locations)
**Schedule:** PRN

#### How you’ll make an impact in this role

- **Setting:** Outpatient OB/GYN clinic
- **Schedule:** PRN: 8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- **Weekends:** No weekends
- **Call:** No call responsibilities
- **Extended Hours:** No evenings or extended clinic hours
- **Patient Volume:** Approximately 18–25 patients per day
- **Appointment Length:** 15- and 30-minute appointments
- **Practice Pace:** Very fast-paced and busy
- **Patient Population:** Unique and diverse patient population
- **Patient Mix:** Strong combination of OB and GYN care
- **Practice Environment:** Busy, collaborative outpatient clinic with a varied patient population
- Collaborate with physicians to expand individualized primary healthcare services.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform assessments through observation, interviews, and physical examinations.
- Order, perform, and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies and laboratory testing.
- Provide preventive healthcare services, including:
  - Health assessments and screenings
  - Immunizations
  - Preventive counseling
  - Ongoing patient care and health maintenance
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions, including appropriate referrals to healthcare providers and community resources.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers regarding:
  - Preventive health and wellness
  - Treatment options
  - Disease management
  - Available community resources
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and nursing processes in accordance with specialty-specific standards and network nursing policies.

#### What minimum requirements you’ll need

**Licensure / Certification / Registration**

- Required Credential(s):
  - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  - One or more of the following:
    - Nurse Midwife credentialed from the Wisconsin Midwives Advisory Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    - Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

**Education**

- Master's or Doctorate of Science in Nursing or Midwifery or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required.
