Wetherby Manor is a luxurious care home with a dedicated 23-bed Nursing Wing, and we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our passionate and supportive team.

What we're looking for
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' nursing experience.
You will ideally have:
Previous care home, nursing home or residential care experience.
Experience caring for older people and an understanding of their individual care needs.
A current NMC PIN and recognised first-level nursing qualification.
Strong clinical, communication and organisational skills.
A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for caring for people.
The ability to work confidently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good leadership skills, with supervisory experience desirable.
Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude.

Your role
As a Registered Nurse at Wetherby Manor, you will be at the heart of our residents' care. You will:
Deliver high-quality, individualised nursing care.
Assess residents' needs and develop and review person-centred care plans.
Administer medication safely and manage clinical equipment.
Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals and residents' families.
Support residents' physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
Promote dignity, independence, choice and equality.
Supervise and support junior members of the team.
Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent communication across the care team.
