**Care Home Manager
Location:** Orchard Gardens, Bishopstoke
**Contract:** 37.5 hours | Permanent
**Salary:** £51,500 per annum

As **Registered Home Manager**, you will have overall responsibility for the quality, culture and performance of the home, with the autonomy to lead confidently and the support of a national organisation behind you. This is an opportunity to combine leadership with operational oversight, making a real difference to residents, families and colleagues every day.

**Who we're looking for:**

- An experienced Registered Manager with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes.
- A genuine commitment to outstanding care and improving the lives of older people.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and wider regulatory requirements.
- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- A proactive approach to quality improvement, problem solving and delivering positive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with residents, families, professionals, and colleagues.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
