Manages hospital personnel and resources to meet standards, goals, and department requirements. - Reassigns employees to different duties to optimize skills, abilities, and workloads. - Makes regular rounds to identify problems and facilitate efficient resolution. Reviews reports on hospital activities and initiates or responds with appropriate actions. - Participates in nursing, hospital, and medical staff committees as assigned.
