Job Description:
Schedule: PRN as needed on days or nights. Orientation is Monday-Friday dayshift for the first 2 weeks, no exception on schedule.
Shift: Days or Nights 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Location: Covering our Stuart F Meyer Inpatient Unit, Palm Coast
- Maintains accurate and thorough documentation per Medicare guidelines.
- Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participates in ongoing professional development and training.
- Assesses and reassesses patient needs regularly to provide appropriate care.
- Educates patients and families on plan of care and any changes to it.
- Delivers critical nursing care to patients with complex health issues.
- Manages end-of-life care issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Administers and manages medications accurately and safely.
