**Work Location: AHMG OBGYN @ Louisville, Church Ranch, & Erie Clinics**

- Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data.
- Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
- Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
- Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
- Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching.
